Mentorship Options
- First 1.5 hours - learning manual mode in camera at agreed upon location
- OR if you are already familiar with shooting manual and would prefer to focus on shooting and editing, we would skip the learning manual and start with the session, then head into the editing portion. We would plan to invest that extra time into shooting on location OR editing afterward, your choice.
- Kat will have a styled session waiting just for you where we can practice shooting in manual and in different natural light elements on location - direct sun & shade // this is an excellent opportunity to expand your portfolio

- Post editing session at nearby agreed upon location. Let's chow down on some pizza, perk up with a cup of joe or enjoy a cold local craft brew and take a look at our material. From there we will spend an hour or so editing your favorite 2-3 images from the session. I will show you exactly how I edit my images and you are most welcome to take notes.

I will send you the RAW version of them and we will edit them together via Zoom so you can see my screen // you may also send me a RAW image of yours and I will show you how I would edit it and will offer tips on how to better achieve the bold dramatic look if interested {must have access to dropbox for these sessions} // If you prefer, I will provide the images we edit together if you do not want to look through the social media platforms
- I will share with you what settings I used in camera for the images we edit together and I will give you tips on how to expose to achieve the dramatic look

HIGHLY SUGGESTED BEFORE WE BEGIN...
I suggest investing in a certain preset pack for LR and action pack for PS before we begin so you are able to really follow along to get the desired results you see from wander + bloom - that dramatic, bold look. This will cost you about $180 for the both of them combined. Although, this is an additional cost, it is well worth the investment as you will be able to easily follow along and you'll use them over and over again {I use them on every single image I edit}. This investment is suggested for any mentor class I teach that involves editing.
